What guarantees do The Heritage Company Provide ?

We provide a 100% guarantee to produce what you have approved in terms of garment selected and logo reproduction. We are acutely aware of our client's requirement to reproduce their corporate image correctly.

What are your trading terms and what forms of payment do you accept?

For new customers we expect payment on delivery. For established customers our terms are EOM+15. We accept EFT and cheques. Visa and Mastercard is also available but attracts a 2% clearance fee.

Does your prices include delivery?

Generally no. However, we do charge freight at cost and always seek a minimum of two quotes before making the decision on the freight carrier. Customers are also encouraged to use their own couriers where practical and necessary.

Does The Heritage Company supply samples?

We generally do supply samples after you have made your choice from browsing our catalogues. We do expect samples to be returned in original packaging within 21 days. Samples may not always be in exact colour or size depending on what we have in stock, but will always give you the touch and feel to enable you to make your decision

Where is The Heritage Company based?

Although based in Melbourne, we service clients in all states and territories. We travel frequently to visit clients Australiawide and wherever you are based is not a problem. With the internet at almost everybody's fingertips, distance is no problem when it comes to supplying our clients with a first class service - wherever they may be

How long has the Heritage Company been in the Industry ?

We commenced business in this industry in 1995 with little experience and no clients. We are very proud of what we have achieved over the years and are forever grateful to all our clients past and present, big and small for what we have been able to accomplish.

How long will it take to receive a quote?

Generally we endeavor to provide you with a quote within twenty four hours. Occasionally we will have to wait to hear from an overseas supplier before offering your our best prices. In the event that this happens we will communicate this to you.

What format does my logo need to be for reproduction

For embroidery a clear jpeg or PDF is sufficient. This can include a business card or letter heading. For all other reproductions including printing, engraving etc files need to be in vector format such as Corel Draw, Adobe illustrator, (.ai or cdr). It is best to get your graphic designer to send us your file in multiple formats

What if I can’t find my logo in the correct format?

Depending on the complexity of your design we are able to redraw your logo from a jpeg which will attract a small fee depending on the time it takes our graphic design department to convert. It is always best to try to provide your file in correct format
